Booking and refund rules

The rules below are based on the public offer agreement for short-term rent (in Russian). In case of dispute, the text of the offer prevails.

Payment

The price and the deposit amount are agreed at booking. The balance is paid on arrival, less the deposit already paid.

Refund

A guest may request a full or partial refund if the written request reaches the Agent no later than 7 (seven) calendar days before arrival, with notification by phone. On peak dates (25 December – 14 January, festivals and sporting events) special booking and cancellation terms may apply. If a stay is cut short, the cost of unused services is not refunded.

Security deposit

The apartment is handed over against a security deposit for the whole stay. The deposit is returned after the rental ends if there is no damage and no penalties. The cost of damaged property, penalties and unpaid services may be deducted from the deposit.

House rules

Smoking, hookahs, noise and events outside the agreed format are restricted; penalties for violations are listed in section 7 of the public offer agreement. The full list is in the offer (in Russian).
