Editorial and data methodology

The materials on moscow-city.org are prepared by the service team together with owners and investors working in the Moscow International Business Center. Market data content is generated automatically from our own catalog rather than copied from third-party reviews.

How market data is calculated

Only published listings from the catalog are counted. For each category and tower we calculate: the number of active listings, the minimum, median and maximum price, and the median price per m². The median is used instead of the average because it is robust to individual expensive listings. Price per m² is taken from the listing feature, or derived as price divided by area if absent. The date is the moment of sampling. Data is updated monthly.

Editorial transparency

Publication and update dates are shown in the articles. Automatically calculated figures are labelled with the sampling date and a link to this page. We do not publish unconfirmed rumours and remove them when materials are updated. Report an error: info@moscow-city.org.
